Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1.1 Kofax Software Assurance or equivalent maintenance support for a quantity of three (3) Kofax (3,000,000) three million page per year image volume licenses. Software maintenance/support shall include the following: 3.1.1.1.1 Kofax Software Assurance or equivalent maintenance support shall include telephone support, email support, unlimited product updates and upgrades. 3.1.1.1.2 Kofax Software Assurance or equivalent maintenance support shall be available five days per week, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. 3.1.1.1.3 Kofax Software Assurance or equivalent maintenance support shall provide an unlimited number of support requests per support incident. 3.1.1.1.4 Kofax Software Assurance or equivalent maintenance support shall provide a toll free, telephone number for support and shall also provide online access to documentation, technical resources, knowledge base and discussion forums. 3.1.1.1.5 Kofax Software Assurance or equivalent maintenance support to provide for the licenses effective 07/01/2023 – 06/30/2024. 3.1.1.1.6 Vendor shall provide pricing for Kofax Software Assurance or equivalent maintenance support as described in items 3.1.1.1.1 through 3.1.1.1.4 for renewal years Two (Y2), Three (Y3), and Four (Y4) listed in Exhibit A.
