Specifications include, but are not limited to: As part of its planning process, WDD is seeking comments, input and information from current and prospective providers and the community to ensure that the RFP will address the training needs of the State's incumbent workforce while complying with program policies and procedures established pursuant to Chapter 383-128, Hawaii Revised Statutes and 12-6-1 through 12-6-2 and 12-6-6- through 12-6-22, Hawaii Administrative Rules. This RFI is especially interested in the following: What types of non-credit, short-term incumbent worker training programs would address workforce shortages and/or improve Hawaii employment; What types of training delivery systems are most effective; How much is a fair service delivery price
