Specifications include, but are not limited to: McGriff, an insurance brokerage firm, has been retained by its client, Louisville Metro Government (LMG),to evaluate benefitsfor voluntary dental insurance coverage in the marketplace. LMG is seeking proposals from qualified carriers to administer all the following: Dental Plan Administration RFP Data Current Dental Carrier: Delta Dental Current Policy contract period end date: 6/30/2024 Proposed Policy contract period: 7/1/2024 to 6/30/2025 Commission: Broker Fee .05% All bidders must be able to provide two (2) PPO dental plans and one (1) DHMO dental plan. Any bidder that cannot provide a DHMO will not be considered. Louisville Metro Government does not want to replace their DHMO with a PPO plan.
