Specifications include, but are not limited to: Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB) Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB) is currently receiving bids for Excess Liability, Cyber Liability and Response Insurance, with a term of 11/1/23 – 10/31/24. KUB would also accept multi-year coverages up to Five years. Alan White, Alliant Insurance Services Inc, will reach out to all qualified carriers with information for this bid. Through a publicly advertised solicitation (Request for Qualification #3422), the Knoxville Utilities Board qualified insurance carriers to bid insurance policies for various lines of coverage for up to five years. Bids will not be accepted from insurance carriers who were not previously pre-qualified. Our evaluation of these bids will consist of the following criteria: Costs (premium and otherwise), Coverage, and Terms and Conditions. Added on Oct 3, 2023: Cyber Liability and Response Insurance will be posted out for bid in the month of November. For this bid, we will need only Excess Liability.
