The service provided makes sure the system is working properly without any disruptions. The system requires regular maintenance to ensure that all the features are working properly. In many cases we need to use this software to send video streams to leadership or other agencies during a crisis or emergency where video streams are needed to develop a plan of action and resolve safely. Keeping this system operational is important for the entire district to maintain safety and enhance mobility. Activu Corporation is the sole provider of the Activu system. The new FDOT D2 video wall support must provide: Unlimited phone and e-mail support during business hours (M-F- 8:30am to 5:30pm EST), Access to the Activu Customer Support Web Portal (Ticket Loggin/ Tracking System), Logistical Support for Hardware Repairs/Replacement under OEM Warranties (Includes S&H), Free Activu Software upgrades for new versions and patches (Travel , on site labor to install new software, and Training are NOT included), One (1) Preventative Maintenance (PM), visit by a System Technician (Travel and Labor Included).
