Specifications include, but are not limited to: r to provide one (1) 2022 or newer Cessna 206HD fixed wing aircraft with no more than 100 hours, or DNR Approved Equal, for the Department of Natural Resources, Enforcement Division. The specifications and equipment listed below are required and will be scored on a Pass/Fail basis. No further evaluation of a submittal will take place if any below items are not met: 1. Must not exceed 100 flight hours. 2. Engine TBO (time before overhaul) > 2,000 hours. 3. High Wing Fuselage Configuration. 4. Previous damage does not exceed state approved damage limits. 5. No previous saltwater use of aircraft. 6. Current annual maintenance inspection. 7. Air Conditioning. 8. Passenger capacity must be configurable to accommodate six (6) pilots plus 5 people. 9. Must be equipped with Air Bear Elevator System with MX-10 sensor, no external side mounts. 10. Aircraft initial flight training for six (6) pilots and Tactical Flight Officer training for twelve (12) TFO’s. 11. Minimum max cruise TAS (true air speed) 150 kts.
