Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project involves the design and construction of a versatile 6,400 square foot gymnasium facility based on the conceptual design by ORW Architecture. See Attachment A: Project Conceptual Plan. This design will be adapted to align with our commitment to efficient resource utilization and optimal budget management, while adhering to a tight project timeline. The gymnasium will encompass multipurpose sports courts, storage, and a dedicated kiln room for artistic activities. Additionally, the facility should include infrastructure that supports the future creation of outdoor dining spaces. The design should seamlessly integrate with the existing school architecture and adhere to all relevant building codes and regulations.
