Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Phoenix Union website found online at https://www.pxu.org/phoenixunion, consists of a main District-level website and 24 sub-websites belonging to each school/campus. The District is seeking a user-friendly, intuitive web platform that can migrate our current websites with modifications and improvements to the current template included. With webmasters at every campus and many individuals district-wide managing their own webpages, the District is looking for a web platform that meets the needs of all users District-wide and is capable of giving access to any individual who needs to edit webpages. The proposed solution should include the following: Sufficient training available to any user; Easily accessible customer service (24/7); Continuous updates and improvements to the platform; It is important to PXU that the website be easy to edit with template parameters that allow for consistency, taking into account usability for individuals with varying experience in editing webpages. With 24 campuses and hundreds of employees who may require editing access to a webpage, the District requires that the web platform be intuitive enough to require little to no intervention from the main District webmaster(s). Lastly, we would like a platform that has mobile application capability that is: accessible, user-friendly, available across many types of mobile devices.
