Specifications include, but are not limited to: Successful Proposer shall collaborate with ODHS staff, Tribal representatives, and the ILP Service Provider Group to ensure that Participants in the Teen Retreat have adequate supervision, guidance, and transportation. Successful Proposer will work with the hosting event site coordinator and food vendors to provide alternative food/snack options for Participants, adult staff, and volunteers who have dietary allergies or restrictions, or special dietary needs, such as gluten-free, vegan, or vegetarian. Successful Proposer shall coordinate and collaborate with the ODHS Health and Wellness Manager to accommodate the on-site registered nurse (“RN”) for the duration of the Teen Retreat. The ILP Services Provider Group has an extensive knowledge-base regarding the special needs of the relevant population. Successful Proposer will consult with the Youth Transitions Program Specialist, the Youth Transitions Program Coordinator, and the ILP Services Provider Group the when determining the best dates for the Retreats, the locations, and planning the agendas and activities.
