Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Johnson County Community College (the “College” or “JCCC”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to conduct a comprehensive assessment review of our on-premise Active Directory/Azure Cloud infrastructure and IT identity governance program. B. The Contractor shall provide written documentation that gives iterative series of steps on the implementation of the recommended improvements to optimize and enhance the College’s architecture with a cloud first approach as well as enhance the College’s identity management processes. C. The primary focus of this project will be to assess the College’s on-premise Active Directory and Azure cloud environments, current identity onboarding/offboarding methods, and identity permissioning. The ultimate goal is to optimize our infrastructure, automate identity management with industry standard tools, reduce duplication of user accounts, and leverage role-based access control (RBAC) to enhance security and operational efficiency.
