Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope: The scope of work for this proposal consists of furnishing, shop testing, and verifying installation of two in-line pipe UV disinfection systems. Scope should include all submittals, spare parts, closeout documentation, shop testing, and field services as required per the project specifications.Please refer to specification section11262 – Ultraviolet Disinfection System, as well as Tighe and Bond Design Drawings included in Exhibit 3.1of this RFP. Please note, this project is exempt from payment of sales and compensating use taxes of the Stateof Maine on all materials to be incorporated into the work. This project is also subject to AIS requirements, pleaserefer to the 800B SRF Supplemental Conditions included in the Prime Contract, Exhibit 3.3 to this RFP. Lineitems are to include the following:P-006.01: Furnish Ultraviolet Disinfection Systems•Furnish (2 EA) complete in-line pipe UV disinfection systems per project specifications.P-006.02: Field Services•Provide on-site services of a factory trained representative per the equipment specifications to provide equipment inspections, supervision of commissioning and startup, and to perform operator training.P-006.03: Supply Bond•Furnish supply bond equal to the full agreement amount per the Purchase Agreement Documents.
