Specifications include, but are not limited to: MWH Constructors is the Construction Manager at Risk for the SACO WATER RESOURCE RECOVERYFACILITY UPGRADE (Project). The Project consists of a new treatment building with aerobic granular sludge treatment processes, tertiary filtration, and UV disinfection with upgraded grit removal and solids handling, as well as the conversion of existing clarifiers for additional storm water storage, and site grading alterations to mitigate tidal flooding from the adjacent Saco River. The project will be constructed in a phased approach tocomplete and commission the new treatment process before making modifications to the existing infrastructurewith minimal downtime to the facility
