Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFQ is to retain professional services to develop a process framework for defining business requirements, to include facilitation and development of the requirements gathering process, with specific attention to onboarding and integration of new applications, analysis services, and/or custom software development. All services are anticipated to be performed remotely. Such a framework could include both the requestor’s and fullfiller’s role for the following stages (for example): Understanding. What is needed, how will it be used, existing and future state, business processes, and to what end? Feasibility. Identification of constraints and impact analysis on processes and systems. Proposal of solution. Iteration -> acceptance. Resource mapping. Includes requestor. Confirmation of product. Does or does not include, timeline, cost. Build. Status reporting, change orders. Acceptance. Testing against design specifications. Closure.
