Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. HVAC: Provide all materials and labor associated with a complete operational electrical distribution system. Major items of work include, but are not limited to: b. Provide exhaust fans and louvers for cross ventilation. 1) Welding stations and welding fumes equipment removal to be provided by owner. c. Plumbing: Provide all materials and labor associated with a complete operational electrical distribution system. Major items of work include, but are not limited to: 1) Provide an emergency eye wash station, utility sink and instantaneous water heater. 2) Water and sewer connect as noted on plans. d. Electrical: Provide all materials and labor associated with a complete operational electrical distribution system. Major items of work include, but are not limited to: 1) Electrical Service: Existing to remain with modifications. 2) Demolition: Disconnect and remove existing interior lighting as noted on drawings. 3) Power Systems: Provide miscellaneous duplex receptacles, connections for welder and H.V.A.C. equipment. 4) Fire alarm System: Expand/Modify/Upgrade existing addressable control panel to accommodate new initiating and indicating devices. Initiating devices shall be provided to comply with TDLR.
