Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Lincoln hereinafter called Owner is requesting qualified firms to submit proposal responses for professional program management services for the City’s Lead Service Line Replacement program and will principally be a time and materials contract typical of a qualification based professional services solicitation. The scope of work will include water system customer engagement, construction phase services and documentation, and Federal funding (State Revolving Loan Funds) administration and compliance. The services will also include use of an electronic project management software application with integration into Lincoln Water System’s computerized maintenance management system.
