Specifications include, but are not limited to: THE TOWN OF WINDHAM IS SEEKING SEALED BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW OFFICE AND PET ADOPTION BUILDING FOR WINDHAM ANIMAL CONTROL STAFF. BIDS WILL BE RECEIVED AT THE OFFICE OF THE TOWN ENGINEER. The contractor shall fine grade and place 12-inch of compacted process gravel to 95% density under footings and floors. The contractor shall form, install reinforcement, and pour concrete floors, walls, and footings as shown on the plans. Work under this section shall also include the sidewalk between new and existing structures.; The Contractor shall furnish and install timber building as shown on the drawings and as specified. Work under this section includes all structural components, interior finishing, doors, windows, roofing, and all items otherwise not associated with other sections.; The contractor shall perform all mechanical, electrical, lighting, and plumbing work shown on the plans and as specified. All work shall be performed by a licensed electrician and plumber and inspected by the building official.
