The Awarded Bidder shall obtain its own tail number at the time of registration C. The delivery terms are FOB Origin. Risk of loss or damage to the Helicopter is transferred from the City to the Awarded Bidder when the registration process identified in Section E, below is complete and the Helicopter is registered with the Federal Aviation Administration in the name of the Awarded Bidder. Following the completion of the registration, the Awarded Bidder shall provide documentation showing the completed registration and then APD will make the Helicopter available to the Awarded Bidder at the location below. The Awarded Bidder will be responsible for all costs and risks associated with loading, transporting, and unloading the Helicopter from the time of the completion of registration forward. The Awarded Bidder shall bear all costs, responsibilities, and liabilities associated with shipping and transportation of the Helicopter from the location identified below, including arranging pickup from APD.
