Specifications include, but are not limited to: Removals – to include all trees specifically tagged for removal by Douglas County. County reserves the right to reduce the number of trees to be removed to coincide with available funding. Contractor will commence the removal work, as negotiated by the County with the Contractor, following the notice to proceed and complete the removal work no later than the date negotiated by the County with the Contractor. ; Remove all trees designated for removal.; Vehicles and other equipment to be used by the Contractor are to be operated within County-defined limits on the property, as coordinated by the County’s Environmental Services Department. A staging area will be field-defined with the Contractor.; Remove all trees designated for removal. Grind out the stumps a minimum of 8” below grade, remove stump grindings, and fill with clean backfill to match the existing grade.; Remove and dispose of all debris, with the exception of wood chips which can remain on site in a designated area as coordinated with Environmental Services’ staff. If debris is taken to a landfill it must be taken to the Douglas County Pheasant Point Landfill. Contractor to identify where the debris will be taken.; Repair all areas disturbed during this work.
