Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project will consist of the following elements: - Construction of pedestrian bridge. - Excavation and placement of footings for pedestrian bridge. - Placement of bridge. - Installation of bridge decking and stairs - Expanding concrete walkway at bridge location. - Site clean-up and restoration. Bridge Decking and Stair Pieces: - The bridge decking and stair pieces will be provided by the Owner and installed by the Contractor. - Decking and stair pieces will be manufactured by Splashtacular and will need to be installed as per the project drawings. - Owner and Contractor will coordinate and cooperate to ensure bridge decking and stair pieces are available on site when Contractor is ready to install them. Permitting and Inspections: - Owner will acquire necessary building permits for the project. - Contractor will ensure that all inspections are coordinated with Lindon City Building Inspectors in a timely manner. - Contractor will ensure that all necessary inspections are passed before moving on to the next stage of the project. - If any inspection is not passed, Contractor will do whatever is necessary to pass the inspection at their own expense. - Project will not be considered substantially complete until all inspections have been approved.
