Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor shall provide Agency with the Contract Items listed below on an open-end and continuing basis. Contract Items must meet or exceed the mandatory requirements as shown below. Contract must include provision for monthly on-site Boiler Chemical testing and maintenance of boiler system and a detailed written analysis of findings. Vendor must supply the water meter, injection pump and the line to the port. Chemicals must come in drums no larger than Thirty-Five (35) Gallons and must be premixed. Huttonsville Correctional Center will not mix on site; Boiler Treatment Chemical - Boiler Treatment Chemical must be the same as or equal to Aqua Science brand BWT-852. Boiler Treatment Chemical must control rust and scale build up in the boiler system. Condensate Return System Chemicals - 1 Condensate Return System Chemicals must be the same as or equal to Aqua Science Brand CLT-1525. 2 Condensate Return System Chemicals must control rust and scale build up in the Hot Water Heating Loop System which holds approximately One Thousand (1000) gallons of water.
