Specifications include, but are not limited to: Lane County, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon, through the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Behavioral Health (BH) Division, is seeking to contract with qualified providers to administer adjudicative competency evaluations of individuals, and submit reports to the court as described in Oregon Revised Statute (ORS) 131.65 (AS AMENDED) on an as needed basis for persons identified and referred by Lane County Behavioral Health. The contract period for these services is anticipated to be 11/01/2023 through 06/31/2024.
