Specifications include, but are not limited to: Selected contractor must obtain permits at no cost to contractor (City owned buildingare exempt from permit fees)•Remove and dispose of existing boilers, circulator pumps, expansion tank and anyother piping as indicated in the demolition plan.•Remove current equipment pad as it is not adequately sized or located correctly forthe new boilers.•Prepare intake and exhaust locations as indicated in the plans.•Pour a new equipment pad to accommodate the new boilers.•Install new boilers, circulator pumps, expansion tank and required piping.•Boilers will need to be test fired and combustion adjusted to factory specifications,report to be submitted to Facilities Project Manager to be filed.•As-builts in digital form to be submitted to city staff at the completion of project.
