Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. All existing equipment identified for removal will be left operational as long as possible in order to maintain the level of surveillance we currently have. That specified equipment will be removed in a manner that may be re-usable and returned to the County representative as specified. (Attachment B) 2. Any wall surfaces with openings, following equipment removal, is to be touched up leaving it more aesthetically appealing. 3. The administrative CCTV system in place is a Wave Server 24 TB system with a minimum of a 16- port switch which the main operating system of the successful bidder must be compatible. 4. The administrative Alarm/Access system in place is a DMP XR550 which the main operating system on the successful bidder must be compatible. 5. All security systems to be utilized must be in compliance with federal government specifications for government facilities specifically section 889 of the 2019 NDAA.
