Specifications include, but are not limited to: Engineering services for work related to providing a comprehensive energy management program, including solar power, water management, LED lighting and/or HVAC improvements for its 3 wastewater treatment facilities. The project is anticipated to be funded thru the American Rescue Plan Act for the Mississippi Municipality and County Water INfrastructure Grant Program. administered by the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality. Engineering services will include preliminary engineering study-design, funding support, surveying, final design, permitting, bid phase, construction phase, and post-construction phase basic services, consturciton observation, and engineering program management for components relative to the American Rescue Plan Act.
