The provider must have the capacity to: Disburse monies, provide data analysis, and offer online access to participants including a secure login, always available access, a means of data storage, and written quarterly analytics reports following trends in the data Offer technical support for dashboard access, data entry compensation, and design process participation Measure community involvement and document economic trends among individual participants Provide direct wire transfer (or debit cards) to the bank accounts of participants on a timely and predictable time table Prepare in depth survey reports on the impact of participant experience Document analysis of the overall progress of participants detailing their financial progression in a final report Must have a racial justice and equity focus that promotes systems change and abundance mentality – a mentality that given adequate resources people living on “no or low income” are best at determining how their financial resources should be spent; Have a trust-based view of the population we wish to serve in which autonomy and selfdetermination are defining characteristics of the relationship between recipient and provider.
