Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1.7.1 Contractor will provide all labor, equipment and materials required to facilitate the successful completion of the work herein stated. All materials furnished must be new and the best of their respective kinds, unless otherwise specified. 4.1.7.2 Pricing will be for all labor and materials to complete the entire scope of work as defined herein and as may be implied in this and other sections of this RFP. 4.1.7.3 The district may extend or compress the requirements of services at the district’s sole discretion. 4.2 Cost of Materials and Labor for HVAC System Preventive Maintenance, to include: 4.2.1 Provide, and replace, all filters in all active Burnet CISD HVAC Systems every 90 days, or according to specifications provided by the filter provider 4.2.2 Disposal of all used filters removed from Burnet CISD HVAC Systems 4.2.3 Providing storage for all filters utilized in Burnet CISD HVAC Systems as applicable 4.2.4 Cleaning all exterior coils in all applicable Burnet CISD HVAC Systems twice per 12 month period 4.2.5 Provide staff to work evenings, weekends, holidays, or non-student days for all tasks that must be completed inside Burnet CISD facilities as to not disrupt the learning environment 4.2.6 Provide written documentation of all filter changes and coil cleanings each time the action is performed 4.2.7 Provide written documentation for selection criteria of filters being used 4.2.8 Provide written documentation of process, and chemicals if applicable, for coil cleaning process 4.2.9 Provide all tools necessary including, but not limited to; ladders, step stools, water hoses, trash bags, safety glasses, masks, gloves and any other items deemed necessary for the safe execution of listed projects
