ResDAC’s VDRC satisfies all of Medicare’s privacy and security requirements, and enables researchers to access Research Identifiable Files (RIF) and to perform their analysis through a virtual private network connection. We will purchase a CMS Virtual Research Data Center (VRDC) data “seat” to acquire access to the necessary research files and conduct the Medicare analysis.
