Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Supplying the Town at its Transfer Station with one (1) or two (2) 100-cubic yard trailer for deposition of construction and demolition waste with no rental fee for same during the life of this Contract (the Town at a minimum requires one (1) trailer and on the Bid Proposal Form is requesting the cost to supply an additional trailer). 2. Trailers are to be pulled out of service and new trailers placed by the Provider unless previously agreed upon with DPW and all exchanges made prior to 8:00 am. 3. Hauling and return of the above trailer from the Town to the Provider’s facility proposed in the Bid Proposal and at no other location unless mutually agreed upon in writing by the parties, at no additional cost to the Town. 4. Receipt and disposal of said waste at the Provider’s facility proposed in the Bid Proposal and at no other location unless mutually agreed upon in writing by the parties. 5. The Provider shall have available the hauling equipment and manpower available to accommodate unusual circumstances or emergencies. 6. The Provider shall provide expertise, labor, tractors, and materials to transport and return its trailer to and from the Town’s Transfer Station.
