Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Kenton County Airport Board (“KCAB”) is soliciting proposals for Facility Management System Servers Upgrade at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (“CVG”). KCAB currently has a Honeywell Facility Management System (“FMS”) which includes the fire alarm controls for life-safety systems, such as smoke and fire detection, smoke control, sprinkler monitoring, hazardous gas detection and notification, HVAC controls and other systems monitoring such as conveyances, generators, and deicing pads, and AED/Bleed Cabinet control monitoring. Obsolete fire alarm panels need to be upgraded for KCAB operated as well as leased spaces and buildings. KCAB desires to upgrade the existing monitoring system servers which includes two server systems, 20 workstations, and the associated software. This upgrade will include technician labor, engineering and project management and will allow for a phased upgrade/replacement of obsolete fire panels as facilities are updated and renovated.
