Specifications include, but are not limited to: voluntary vision insurance benefit to offer to employees, retirees, and their dependent spouses and children. • Employees will pay 100% of the premium on a pre-tax basis via payroll deduction (unless on leave without pay). • Retirees will pay 100% of the premium through a direct personal payment to the Contractor; the Contractor must bill retirees and provide retirees with options for making payment by check or money order, as well as via electronic payment or direct payment from the retiree’s personal bank account. Offerors unable to meet these requirements will be deemed non-responsive. • The City uses Workday to house and transmit enrollment information on a weekly basis; the Contractor's systems must be able to interface with Workday.
