Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Outdoor productions - Contractor will furnish and build a minimum of a 40' x 40' stage with load-bearing roof with roof-supported premium concert sound and lighting system. This system will include all speakers, monitors, amps, mics, cables, efx, FOH & monitor consoles, and all other equipment normally associated with indoor/outdoor events of this magnitude and inherent to the system. The option exists for firms to submit a proposal for use of portable/mobile stages on outdoor productions. b. Full scale professional sound, lighting, stage and roof engineers c. Professional stagehand labor and stage manager / production labor, per Artists' contract requirements d. Proposal fee will include all transportation expenses for crew and equipment.
