Specifications include, but are not limited to: Agency seeks Contractor services to perform services to support Agency’s overdose cluster response coordination, establish an overdose fatality review program, and engage in other special projects related to overdose prevention and response. A total of $155,000.00 is available to support one full time equivalent (FTE) Contractor during an initial Contract term of November 1, 2023 through August 31, 2024. As stated above Agency reserves the option to amend the Contract to add additional compensation to the initial Contract not-to-exceed amount as necessary to extend Contractor’s performance of the Work described in Section 2.4 Scope of Work and to cover future time extensions of the Contract term, subject to additional funding being available. Contractor’s Key Persons shall perform services to support Agency’s public health overdose prevention and response program, including but not limited to, the tasks listed below. i. Develop and implement a process for Oregon counties, towns, cities, and/or regions to effectively identify system gaps and innovative community-specific overdose prevention and intervention strategies through overdose fatality reviews (OFRs); ii. Develop an opioid rapid response program (ORRP)for the state of Oregon to help mitigate the impact of sudden disruptions to prescription opioids and other drugs; iii. Coordinate and oversee the finalization and continued implementation of Agency’s Overdose Response Protocol, which outlines immediate and specific action steps for state health officials to effectively respond to and support reports of increased overdoses in Oregon counties; Contractor’s Key Persons shall perform services to support Agency’s public health overdose prevention and response program, including but not limited to, the tasks listed below. i.
