Specifications include, but are not limited to: to supply bulk and branded Avgas 100LL aviation fuel for storage and resale, and to provide other business support service to Cottonwood Municipal Airport (Airport) located in Cottonwood, AZ. The Airport does not currently provide Jet A; however, the Airport is exploring financing options for the installation of a Jet A tank and may provide Jet A during the term of this agreement. The City will enter into an appropriate agreement with the successful Offeror. The Airport is not currently a branded fuel distributor and is purchasing avgas through individual requests to fuel providers when needed. To ensure an uninterrupted fuel supply and improve the overall aviation fuel service program the City desires to contract with a branded aviation fuel supplier. The City intends to select the fuel supplier based upon competitive proposals submitted pursuant to this Request for Proposals (RFP).
