Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful contractor shall provide all necessary materials, tools, equipment, supplies, parts, supervision, labor, and freight/mobilization/demobilization to manufacture and erect a new ~212,000- gallon water storage tank (WST) in Koyuk, Alaska. The complete WST package includes all tank appurtenances and insulation system. Tank manufacturer shall provide concrete ring wall foundation design and center column pad design to ANTHC for review and final acceptance. The concrete ring wall foundation design must be signed and sealed by a structural engineer licensed in the State of Alaska. Design must include a bolt template for tank connection to ring wall foundation. ANTHC construction crew will install the ring wall per manufacturer’s design prior to the arrival of contractor’s tank erection crew.
