Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. LPR cameras have the ability to read vehicles license plates parked between a 90° (ninety-degree) and 30° (thirty-degree) angle. B. Cameras can operate in extreme temperatures: -20F(-29C) to 122F(50C). C. Ability for in-field officers to see results via and android device, laptop computer, or tablet mounted within the vehicle via cell phone data connection. D. The Univeristy can provide its own android device or laptop as long as it meets the requierments of the System. E. In-field officers can see results of hits, violatiors and scofflaws with said android/laptop. F. Can read plates from all 50 states. G. Have a greater than or equal to 90% accuracy in reading plates. H. Can be mounted onto either a Dodge ProMaster City or Ford Explorer. SOFTWARE - A. Can manually upload lists into the LPR program to include, but not limited to: scofflaws, No Cite/VIP plates, authorized plates for a given lot or area. B. Can be uploaded onto and used by any Windows or android operating system. C. A cloud-based, back end system that can allow office personnel to: 1. Program lots and areas, either manually or geo-mapping (or similar tool). 2. Create reports based on such criteria as, but not limited to, area, lot, plate, hits, scofflaw and any combination thereof. 3. Download reports in PDF, Excel or .csv format. 4. Can be viewed any Windows or android operating system. 5. Can be viewed on any Windows or android based browsing software.
