Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Respondent (Contractor) will provide renovations of the Gimbel Building Floors 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7. Renovations will consist of upgrading architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and data infrastructure as necessary. The renovation of Floors 3 and 5 will include creating pathways to support new bridge and pathway connections that are required in preparation of the demolition of adjacent buildings. Field investigation and documentation is anticipated during the Pre-Construction Phase. Coordination with project teams working on adjacent facilities will be necessary for the success of this Project. The Construction Manager’s Budget Limitation (“CMBL”) is: Fourteen Million, Five Hundred Sixtynine Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($14,569,000).
