Specifications include, but are not limited to: General cleaning and sanitizing, trash and recycling collection, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, breakroom and refresh area cleaning, replacing paper products and hand soap in dispensers, dusting and polishing in public areas, and interior window cleaning (collectively the “Scope of Services”) as follows: • Seven Nights per Week o City Hall o First Floor ▪ Restrooms ▪ Eating Area ▪ Market Place o Sixth Floor ▪ Restrooms o Millcreek Common o Adventure Hub ▪ First Floor ▪ Second Floor ▪ Exterior Restrooms o Retail Building ▪ Exterior Restrooms • Monday through Friday Nights o City Hall o Basement ▪ Fitness Room Restroom & Changing/Shower Rooms o Second Floor o Fourth Floor o Fifth Floor • Sunday Nights o City Hall o Sixth Floor ▪ Kitchen ▪ Multi-Purpose Room ▪ Community Room 3.2 Operations and Equipment. Proposer will be responsible for using their own cleaning equipment to perform required cleaning. City will supply a vacuum, mop and bucket, and limited clean supplies for daily maintenance and clean up. 3.3 Supplies. City will supply paper goods, liquid hand soap, urinal screens, and trash bin/can liners. 3.4 Hours. City Hall and Millcreek Common facilities will be available for cleaning generally after 10:00 pm.
