PACKAGING: Each flag should be individually wrapped in plastic sleeve and labeled by type and size prior to packaging in outer box. i.e., ‘5x8’ US, etc. Flag Materials Nylon 100% heavyweight (200 denier) nylon, outdoor use; two brass grommets, quadruple stitched fly hem Polyester (Poly-Max or equivalent) 100% two-ply polyester, outdoor use, double stitched seams with color matching thread. Open weave construction. Sun and rain fast dyed, heavy canvas heading with strong full size brass grommets. Fly end hems lock stitched with four rows, and then back stitched and bar tacked US FLAGS: Sewn stripes, embroidered stars, thread to match the background; NH STATE FLAGS: Official State of NH Seal surrounded by wreath of laurel leaves, interspersed with nine stars; seal must be screened or dyed directly onto flag; sewn on seals are not acceptable; NH State flags as manufactured by Annin Flag Co., or Valley Forge Flag Co. or CF Flag Company are acceptable brands. Other brands must be approved through the Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to being accepted for purchase. Apparent low bidder shall submit a sample flag and a pre-production proof of state seal for approval prior to award. POW/MIA FLAGS: Single construction with reverse emblem(s). Emblems shall be visible from both sides. Made in USA Any state flag, United States flag, or POW-MIA flag purchased with state funds or displayed in a state facility shall be manufactured in the United States and must contain proof of origin.
