Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Warren County Government is requesting statements of qualifications from engineering firms to provide engineering services on a Site Development Grant project at the Elam Industrial Site located on Ball Park Road in Morrison, Tennessee. Services required for this project will be the provision of a Master Plan and Current Cost Estimates for the Elam Industrial Site. Duties to be performed by the selected firm will include assessment, analysis, and cost estimates of: road extension; railrouting and extension; system capacity and line extension assessment of electric, water, sewer, and gas to serve the site; parcel assessment through which these various extensions may be routed; traffic impact; and assistance with technical information to complete the grant application.
