Specifications include, but are not limited to: The WV Department of Motor Vehicles (WVDMV) is requesting a direct award contract with Cambridge Systematics to provide support and technical assistance to the West Virginia Governor's Highway Safety Program (GHSP), in the development and preparation of the annual Highway Safety Plan and 405 grant documentation; development and / or updating of Regional Highway Safety Data Overview PowerPoint Presentations; conduct the annual seat belt survey as required by National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA); and assist with implementation of the State's traffic records program activities including a traffic records assessment and revision of the Traffic Records Strategic Plan required to comply with NHTSA requirements.
