Specifications include, but are not limited to: Washington County is seeking an experienced substance use recovery provider to develop and operate a peer drop-in recovery program at the CATT. Provider shall offer the following services: A. Peer mentoring, peer coaching, peer-led support groups, knowledge sharing, life and job recovery support groups, and sober events and recreational activities (e.g., talent shows, exercise groups, speakers). B. Identify and convene other community recovery services providers to offer an array of peer-delivered services within the drop-in program. Emphasize providing culturally specific peer services that represent the demographics of Washington County. C. Provider will offer services outside of normal business hours including evenings and weekends. D. Identify other community services that would be beneficial for program participants and develop clear connections and formalized relationships with these other organizations. E. Create a safe entry process that supports participants entering into the program in a manner that is inviting, engaging and trauma-informed. F.
