Specifications include, but are not limited to: Sealed proposals for Armed Security Officer Services at the Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport, addressed to Jackson County Airport Authority, Attn: Traci Carrier, Director of Finance and Administration, will be received at the Jackson County Airport Administration Office, 1000 Terminal Loop Parkway, Suite 201, Medford, OR 97504, until November 1, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. as shown on the wall clock in the Airport Administration Office. Proposals will be opened immediately thereafter and publicly read aloud. However, and notwithstanding ORS 192.410 - 192.505, proposals may be opened in a manner to avoid disclosure of contents to competing proposers during, when applicable, the process of negotiation in accordance with Jackson County Local Contract Review Board Rules, Section 2, Division 2-30 (5)(C). Proposals received after the stated date and time will not be considered.
