Offers from option holders cannot be considered. The premises must be accessible to individuals with disabilities and public transportation. This location would ideally have (15) full height lift garage bays with minimum measurements 34’Dx16’Wx18’H and (4) Flat garage bays measuring 34’Dx16’Wx10’H.
