Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Removal of existing flat roofing, insulation, cant strips and tapered edges, and metal flashings. 2. Removal and replacement of existing masonry veneer to accommodate flashing, and repointing as required. 3. Removal and replacement of existing asphalt and wood shingles, gutters, downspouts, roof hatch, and other roof accessories. 4. Removal and replacement of deteriorated roof decking, sheathing and wood blocking. 5. Provision and installation of PVC roofing, underlayment, and flat and tapered insulations. 6. Removal and replacement of copper sheet metal roofing. 7. Removal of existing dormer structure and associated window, trim, and roofing, and infill of existing opening. 8. Provision and installation of new flashings, caps, fasciae, and other trim metal work as detailed and specified, including new internal gutters and downspouts. 9. Removal, replacement and painting of decorative wood trim to bottom of frieze board to match existing. 10. Offsite disposal of all removed materials.
