Specifications include, but are not limited to: · Current City business license · Current State of Oregon LCB (Irrigation and backflow at a minimum) license · Current State of Oregon Commercial Applicator license · Current Contractor's Prequalification (to work in right-of-way) City staff will make a recommendation to City Council based on the following evaluation criteria: · Quality and applicability of proposal (5 points) · History of previous experience and results of similar projects (5 points) · Collective experience of crews (5 points) · Results of reference checks (5 points) · All qualifications met (10 points) · Bid amount (70 points) The City of Grants Pass reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals, to waive formalities or to accept any submittal that appears to serve the best interest of the City of Grants Pass.
