Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor Personnel will work closely with District Staff, including school site and district administration to provide design services and construction to design and build a covered play area at three Reynolds elementary schools (Alder, Davis, and Glenfair), to modify playground equipment including removal and installation of specific playground equipment at three Reynolds elementary schools (Hartley,Glenfair, and Woodland), and to replace the engineered wood fiber (bark chips) with soft fall rubber surfacing at eight Reynolds elementary schools (Alder, Davis, Glenfair, Hartley, Margaret Scott, Salish Ponds, Sweetbriar, and Woodland). Contractors will be highly trained and experienced regarding design services and construction.
