Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful candidate will provide consulting services to the Town of Granby Radio Committee whose task is to replace the existing systems with a new, state of the art infrastructure that will provide consistent, clear communications among the departments within the Town, between the departments and with surrounding departments/services that the departments interface with. The candidate will review the bids provided and assist in the selection of a vendor that best demonstrates their abilities to meet the needs of the RFQ and provide that at the most competitive price. The candidate will enter into a Confidentiality and Nondisclosure Agreement the purpose of which will be to facilitate his/her ability to provide consulting services regarding the project, and which will protect from disclosure confidential or proprietary information, or trade secret information, disclosed or to which access is given by the Town, its departments, or any bidders or vendors on the project.
