Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project entails repairs to and replacement of structural components of the Aquatic Center standing seam metal roof, attaching existing roof panels to new structural members, preparation and repainting of the entire, interior structural steel framing system, and related work. Replace roof purlins and install new fasteners connecting the roof deck to the purlins. At the location of each deteriorated existing z-purlin, a new z-purlin is to be installed to the primary structural frame. The existing metal roof is to be attached through the assembly to the new zpurlin with self-sealing fasteners. All new framing, reinforcement, and fasteners to be hot dip galvanized and areas of surface rust at the base of the metal building columns be removed,
