Please refer to the Tighe & Bond GMP-2 Plans and Specs included in Exhibit 4.1 to this RFP. Please note, this project is exempt from payment of sales and compensating use taxes of the State of Maine on all materials to be incorporated into the work. This project is also subject to AIS and Davis Bacon requirements, please refer to the 800B SRF Supplemental Conditions included in the Prime Contract, Exhibit 4.3 to this RFP. Tasks are to include and are not limited to the following: S-007.01: Area 10 – Headworks, S-007.02: Area 20 – Aeration Tanks 3&4 / Influent Pump Station, S-007.03: Area 30 – Process Building and Electrical Building, S-007.04: Area 60 – Solids Handling and Chemical Building, S-007.05: Area 70 – Admin Building (EXCLUDED), S-007.06: Area 85 – Storage Building (EXCLUDED), S-007.07: Performance and Payment Bonds; General Notes/Clarifications: • The contractor is responsible for own survey and layout. • Include all commissioning activities and spare parts for equipment provided under this scope per the project specifications. • The contractor is responsible for locating all utilities and hazards prior to beginning work. • This project is exempt from payment of sales and compensating use taxes of the State of Maine on all materials to be incorporated into the work. • This project is subject to SRF American Iron and Steel requirements for all material to be incorporated into the project. • This project is subject to the most recent Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates. • Include all bonds and insurance as required by subcontract agreement.
