Specifications include, but are not limited to: The MSP is seeking proposals from qualified responders to furnish lighting and emergency enforcement accessories andoutfitting services on vehicles owned and operated by the MSP, on an as needed basis. The awarded Contract will alsobeavailabletootherStateagenciesandmembersoftheState’sCooperativePurchasingVenture(CPV)program, but theprimary user of the Contract will be the MSP.The MSP owns and operates a fleet of vehicles. The vehicles, primarily police pursuit cars, require outfitting of policeequipment such as computers, cameras, gun racks, seats, etc. The Contractor must provide material, storage, labor, andinstallation of lighting and emergency enforcement accessories in the vehicles.The Contractor will provide all parts (unless they are MSP supplied), labor, and expertise to complete the installation.The MSP will provide the vehicles and the Contractor will supply all accessory equipment unless indicated otherwise inthe price schedules provided. No substitutions of equipment in the awarded Contract will be allowed unless priorwritten approval is received by the MSP and the Contract is amended through a duly executed amendment to theContract
